You may have mastered the art of public speaking. You may know the
timings, approaches, pauses and stresses, yet you will be a failure if
people cannot follow what you say. words and sentences which are
termed ''how sweet,'' ''how charming'' etc. in respect of a child of three,
would sound ridiculous when such expressions come out from the
mouth of a grown up person........
