Also, Trey Smith, son of Will from his first marriage responds to rumors via Twitter, he tweeted, Did #WillandJada split? No they did NOT split ! False information ..its not true RETWEET!!!

“Will and Jada getting a DIVORCE ..NOT TRUE AT ALL !! RETWEET”

Will & Jada Pinkett Smith Preparing Legal Team Over Split Rumors

Many hands have left their mark on the home of Will and Jada Pinkett Smith. Hundreds of master woodworkers, plasterers, metalsmiths, stonemasons, and upholsterers contributed their expertise to this deeply personal project.
Everything needed to be done by hand,” Will says. “We wanted to feel the love and labor that went into every piece of this place.
And you can. The 25,000-square-foot house has a surprising intimacy—a soul animated by the craftsmanship on display and the spirit of the celebrity power couple that live here with their children, Willow, Jaden, and Trey, Will’s son from his first marriage.
For Will and me this home was always a spiritual endeavor,” Jada says. “We’re very earthy, organic people. We wanted to create a family retreat, something made by hand and as natural as possible, something that ties back to the land.
The Smiths’ domestic odyssey began when Will was working with costar Gene Hackman filming the 1998 thriller Enemy of the State. “Gene loves Santa Fe,” Will says. “He has a house there, and he always talked about it. And then Wild Wild West came up, and we were shooting outside of Santa Fe. So I thought, Let me go see Gene’s house.” He admired what he saw. “I just loved that adobe flavor and feeling.

Former First Lady Nancy Reagan lost her balance and fell Tuesday night as she arrived at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in California to hear U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Florida) speak.

SIMI VALLEY, Calif. -- Former First Lady Nancy Reagan gave watchers a scare as she arrived at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in California on Tuesday night, losing her balance and falling as she entered a room to hear first-term US Senator Marco Rubio (R.-Fla) speak.
A gasp erupted from the room when Reagan collapsed -- apparently after her cane lost its grip on the floor -- but the 90-year-old was kept on her feet by Rubio and others at her side, FOX News Channel reported.
After a few moments Reagan -- the widow of America's 40th President Ronald Reagan -- regained her stride and made it to her front row seat without further incident.

Mrs. Reagan was being escorted to her seat by freshman Senator Marco Rubio (R-Florida)  -- a Tea Party favorite -- who was to speak at the event.

Fortunately, Rubio, 40, sensed something was wrong and caught Mrs. Reagan before she hit the ground.

Secret Service and other crowd members quickly rushed in to assist the former First Lady to her feet and into a chair.

Rubio caught Reagan, 90, before she hit the ground and a library spokeswoman said she is fine.

"She's just fine. Our aisles were crowded and she tripped on a stanchion, but recovered quickly, and we started the program on time," said Melissa Giller, a spokeswoman from the library.
Nancy Reagan's Stumble: How Older Adults Can Avoid Falls:

Former First Lady Nancy Reagan lost her footing and nearly fell on Tuesday evening at an event at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, Calif. She was unhurt, but her public stumble serves as a reminder of the health consequences of trips, slips and falls for older adults.Reagan had invited Rubio to speak at her husband's presidential library in Simi Valley, north-west of Los Angeles, soon after his election, the Miami Herald reported -- and his taking up of that invitation on Tuesday night marked his first major speech outside Florida or the US Senate.
Falls are not unusual for people over the age of 65. According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, one out of every three adults in this age group falls each year. These falls can have severe consequences -- hip fractures, head trauma, even death. The CDC reports that more than 18,000 older adults died from unintentional fall injuries in 2007.

"It's not age itself that puts people at risk for falling," said Dr. Mary Tinetti, a geriatrician at the Yale School of Medicine. "But as people get older, they accumulate more of the illnesses and impairments that put them at risk for falling."

Not surprisingly, problems with balance can often lead to falls, but so can decreased strength and flexibility, difficulties with memory or thinking, vision and hearing problems, and even depression.

Prior to his sold-out speech Rubio told FOX's Sean Hannity he was flattered by the attention he was receiving as a possible vice presidential nomination on next year's Republican ticket.
In an interview for broadcast Tuesday night he also said there was nothing to stop such speculation, even though an announcement about the number two spot was not likely to happen for another year.
The 40-year-old's comments certainly will not stop the chatter in GOP circles that his relative youth, vitality and political views -- which are in line with the Tea Party movement -- would make him an ideal selection as a running mate, according to FOX.
"It's flattering," Rubio told Hannity. "They've said it about other people before. They'll say it about other people in the future," he added without distancing himself or otherwise downplaying the suggestion that he would make a strong vice presidential selection.

Video footage showed Reagan walking slowly with a cane down an aisle, guided by Rubio. She stalled, said something to Rubio, and then fell.

Ryan Gosling is A Muscle-Baring Striped in A Superhero Tank (Literally)

Ryan Gosling is A Muscle-Baring Striped in A Superhero
Tank (Literally):

Born: Ryan Thomas Gosling
November 12, 1980 in London, Ontario, Canada.

We ALL know Ryan Gosling is a megababe. Like, he's so far off in a league of his own that he can even wear a pajama shirt out in public and all women will still maniacally start crying at the mere mention of his name. I mean, the guy can't help it. He's got the looks, he's got the charm, and MOST IMPORTANTLY—he's got the style. (OK, FIIIIINEEE. His rockin' bod is PRETTY DARN important too.) But what happened the other day basically threw him off the charts . No one can EVER. COME. CLOSE. To Mr. Gosling's attractiveness after what a girl accidentally caught on camera in New York City the other day.

So, let's set up the scene. Two dudes are fighting in the middle of the street in NYC. (Typical.) They're playing tug-o-war over a painting (less typical) and while a girl is filming this ridic fight, literally OUT OF NOWHERE Ryan Gosling walks in (REALLY REALLY not typical). He steps into the quarrel and when he spots this altercation, he immediately tries to break it up (HEART OF GOLD!). Ryan drops his shopping bag (NOT MATERIALISTIC!) and throws his GIANT, THROBBING man muscle of an arm against the perpetrator and when he spots Ry Ry's huge guns, he throws his hands up in defeat.

By some crazy stroke of luck, Ryan decided to wear a striped and nautical-inspired tank the VERY day his bulging biceps would come in handy. THEREFORE, his tank top basically saved the day. Would the story have played out differently if he was wearing a baggy hoodie? YES.
You can't see all that rock hard steel beneath layers of cotton, people. Pure brawn speaks louder than any words you could POSSIBLY say to these angry gentleman, and for THAT, we should all give a nice, HUGE round of applause to Ryan Gosling's tank top. It saved the day AND gave us a nice show of what those bad boys can do. Also, please note he's wearing cuffed sweatpants.
Ryan Gosling was born on November 12, 1980, in London, Ontario, to Thomas and Donna Gosling, and was the second of their two children. The Gosling family, moved to Cornwall, Ontario, where Ryan grew up and was home-schooled by his mother. Ryan attended Cornwall Collegiate and Vocational High School in Cornwall, where he excelled in Drama and Fine Arts. The family then relocated to Burlington, Ontario, where Ryan attended Lester B. Pearson High School in Burlington, Ontario.

Ryan first performed as a singer at talent contests with his older sister Mandi. He attended an open audition in Montreal for the TV series "The Mickey Mouse Club" ("MMC" (1989)) in January 1993 and beat out 17,000 other aspiring actors for a a spot on the show. While appearing on "MMC" for two years, he lived with co-star Justin Timberlake's family.
Though he received no formal acting training, after "MMC," Gosling segued into an acting career, appearing on the TV series "Young Hercules" (1998) and "Breaker High" (1997), as well as the films The Slaughter Rule (2002), Murder by Numbers (2002), and Remember the Titans (2000). He first attracted serious critical attention with his performance as the Jewish neo-Nazi in the controversial film The Believer (2001), which won the Grand Jury Prize at the 2001 Sundance Film Festival. He was cast in the part by writer-director Henry Bean, who believed that Gosling's strict upbringing gave him the insight to understand the character Danny, whose obsessiveness with the Judaism he was born into turns to hatred. He was nominated for an Independent Spirit Award as Best Male Lead in 2002 for the role and won the Golden Aries award from the Russian Guild of Film Critics.
After appearing in the sleeper The Notebook (2004) in 2004, Gosling won the dubious honor of being named one of the 50 Hottest Bachelors by People Magazine. More significantly, he was named the Male Star of Tomorrow at the 2004 Show West convention of movie exhibitors.
Gosling reached the summit of his profession with his performance in Half Nelson (2006), which garnered him an Academy Award nomination as Best Actor. In a short time, he has established himself as one of the finest actors of his generation.

Facebook law,Missouri teacher sues state over, says she can’t contact her own child online

Facebook law,Missouri teacher sues state over, says she can’t contact her own child online:

A Missouri teachers' union said Friday that it is challenging a new measure that restricts teachers' use of social networking sites and their contact with students, saying it violates their constitutional rights.

The Missouri State Teachers Association said it is seeking an injunction to block enforcement of part of a law that takes effect Aug. 28. The union and several public school teachers assert the law violates educators' constitutional rights to free speech, association and religion.
The social networking restrictions are part of a broader law that was proposed after an Associated Press investigation found 87 Missouri teachers had lost their licenses between 2001 and 2005 because of sexual misconduct, some of which involved exchanging explicit online messages with students.
Many teachers have complained the law will hurt their ability to keep in touch with students for classroom purposes, personal problems or even emergencies.

Under the law, school districts must establish policies by January that outline "appropriate use of electronic media such as text messaging and Internet sites for both instructional and personal purposes." Teachers are barred from having "exclusive access" online with current students or former students who are minors. That means communication through Facebook or other sites must be done in public.
Social Strategy1:

A Missouri teacher has sued the state over a new law that prevents teachers from contacting their students over the Internet, arguing that it will make it illegal for her to chat with her own child over Facebook.
The law, which has been nicknamed the Facebook law, prohibits teachers from having exclusive communications with students over non-work Internet sites. Students are defined as anyone under 18 who attend or used to attend the school where the teacher works. In her suit, Christina Thomas alleges that the Ladue, Mo., school district where she works has told teachers that they cannot have "exclusive communications" with their own children on Facebook if their children meet the law's definition of former or current student.
Thomas says the law is violating her rights under the 1st and 14th amendments.
Not everyone agrees the law goes too far.
Charol Shakeshaft, a professor of educational leadership at Virginia Commonwealth University, told the Huffington Post that the bill is a good way to tackle sexual abuse in schools. She found that about 10 percent of public school students in 2000 reported that they experienced unwanted sexual harassment or abuse from an educator.

"Exclusive and private contact with your students isn't educationally necessary," she told the site. "In the same way that in a school we would say, 'No, you may not lock yourself into a room with a student,' this law effectively says, 'No you may not lock yourself into a website where only you can get to the student.'"
The American Civil Liberties Union, which is representing Thomas, argues that there are better ways to prevent teacher misconduct than infringing on free speech by blocking contact on social media sites.

The Supreme Court ruled in 2007 that administrators could punish a student who raised a "Bong hits 4 Jesus" banner across the street from his school because the banner created a "substantial disruption" within the school. Appeals courts have since tackled cases of disciplined students who say their off-campus online activity is free speech and not disruptive enough on campus to merit suspension.
The 7th Circuit sided with two high school students who were punished for posting racy photos of themselves online. In June, the 3rd Circuit ruled that two students should not have been suspended for creating MySpace profiles while at home that mocked school administrators.

Banning Facebook conversations and the like also amounts to a restriction on students' ability to communicate with their teachers, and in the courts, the extent to which school officials can dictate students' behavior online has been a contentious subject.
"It would be an unseemly and dangerous precedent to allow the state, in the guise of school authorities, to reach into a child's home and control his/her actions there to the same extent that it can control that child when he/she participates in school-sponsored activities," the judges wrote.
In April, however, the 2nd Circuit ruled that a school district was within its rights to prevent a student from running for class secretary after she wrote on her personal blog while at home that "jamfest is cancelled due to douchebags in central office." And the 4th Circuit ruled last month that a West Virginia school district could suspend a student for creating a MySpace group that accused a fellow student of having herpes.

Life As A Vegan Bill Clinton

Life As A Vegan Bill Clinton:

Bill Clinton became renowned on the campaign trail for his ability to snarf up burgers and fries. Heart bypass surgery convinced him to cut back on the grease. In the past year, Clinton's gone even further: He's gone vegan.

President Bill Clinton Through the Years

Bill Clinton dubbed himself "the comeback kid," and he proved it over and over by overcoming a difficult childhood, political setbacks and heart bypass surgery.
He remained popular personally even though his career was tainted by scandal.

Before being taken to the Columbia Campus of New York Presbyterian Hospital with chest discomfort, he had been working overtime as the U.N. special envoy to Haiti following the devastating earthquake there on Jan. 12, 2010.

Shots would have pegged the 42nd president as the guy least likely to Go Tofu. But in an interview with CNN's Sanjay Gupta, the former president talks about his decision to give up meat, dairy and eggs in an effort to reduce the risk posed by a family history of heart disease. Clinton says he's dropped more than 20 pounds and is healthier than ever.

Clinton has had ongoing heart problems, which prompted a quadruple bypass in 2004. Last year, after he had to have surgery to prop open a blocked heart artery with two stents, Clinton says he decided he had to do something drastic.
I essentially concluded that I had played Russian roulette," Clinton told Gupta.

Clinton has struggled for decades to overcome his love of greasy chow. While he was governor of Arkansas, he would work a McDonald's stop into his morning jog. His penchant for mooching fries while president was immortalized in a hilarious Saturday Night Live skit.
Hillary Clinton told the White House chefs to replace the fancy French food with salads, and she got advice from physician Dean Ornish, a longtime advocate of a very low-fat, vegetarian diet to reduce the risk of heart disease. Clinton's still working with Ornish, and says he feels great.
